ABP: Group B Small DG Has Closed (January, 2024)

ABP Partners,

The Capacity for Small DG projects located in Group B is expected to be depleted shortly, with less than 2 MW remaining. Once depleted, then a "Soft Close" period will be initiated. The soft close will run for 7 calendar days, or until 10 MW AC of applications have been submitted.

Please ensure any pending customers have signed SREC contracts, signed Disclosure Forms, completed CSG Portal applications, and paid invoices. We will be sending out additional batches of contracts this week to give customers the best chance of getting their system submitted.

We are submitting Part 1 applications as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee any systems that have not already been submitted will make it in before the soft close period ends.

All applications submitted after the soft close period will be placed on a waitlist as the block will be considered closed.

At this time, new capacity for this Group/category is planned for the 2024-25 Program year and will be available on June 1, 2024.

Please be aware that SREC pricing for that Block has not yet been determined, and while Draft pricing has been released, it will be revised. The Portal REC Calculator and contracts that go out will list the Draft pricing, but should they receive the the higher current Block Price, they will be paid that price as our contract passes through the Approved Block Price.
