Contract Payment Options

Option 1 - Upfront
This option is a one-time upfront payment. This is a "pre-payment" for 25 years of SRECs. We calculate this payment based on your estimated production for the next 25 years. The price is discounted from the current market price.

Option 2 - Market Based
This option is for a 15-year term. The timing and payment amounts will fluctuate with the market. We will sell your SRECs (based on actual production) 1-4 times per year. Your payments will be made within 45 days of the REC sale and 7-10% commission will be deducted.
